• Thursday, Sept. 25 at 7pm PST – Conversation and signing at Vroman’s (Pasadena, CA) – The famed bookstore in Old Pasadena is hosting this gabfest moderated by the hilarious, erudite man-of-a-thousand-voices, the king of podcasting and producer / co-host of Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend: Matt Gourley!
• Friday, Oct. 10 and Saturday, Oct. 11 at 7:30pm – Catch Me If You Can: The Music of John Williams (Colorado Springs, Co.) – I’m hosting, and I helped curate, this all-Williams program at the Colorado Springs Philharmonic in my beloved home state. (I’ll also be signing books at intermission.) Come hear some of John’s greatest hits—alongside some delicious, rarely performed gems.
• Thursday, Oct. 23 at 5pm EST – The Sound of Jaws: John Williams and the Score That Changed Everything (Martha’s Vineyard Museum, MA.) – I’m giving a presentation on the significance and stories behind the Jaws score, the Big Bang of John’s career… and it’s happening on the 50th anniversary year of Jaws at a museum on Amity Island Martha’s Vineyard!

• Saturday, Nov. 8 at 8pm PST – Jaws 2 screening at the Academy Museum (Los Angeles) – I’ll be introducing John’s very first sequel assignment, a not-as-great movie with an arguably just-as-great score; I’ll also be signing the book. Everybody back in the water!
• Wednesday, Nov. 26 at 5pm GMT+1 – Rothermere American Institute (Oxford, England) – A conversation about the book at this great institute within the storied University of Oxford, a stone’s throw from the historic press that published my book, and moderated by the one and only Daniel Pemberton!
